Hello! First I’d like to congratulate you on your engagement! This is such a special time in someone’s life and I’m very thankful that you’re considering me to be the one to photograph all of your wonderful memories. Before contacting me, though please don’t hesitate with any questions, I’d like for you to go over my pricing guide and portfolio to make sure that I offer what you’re looking for. I want to make sure everyone gets what thier dreams desire on their wedding day. Spending many hours and a lot of money on decorations, I make sure to photograph every detail of your special day. No little thing goes unnoticed!
When contacting me, please go over your entire wedding day. This includes the date, venue (and other places if the reception area is not on site), and guest count. Don’t forget to let me know which package you’re interested in and if you’re needing to add any additional hours. I also have an à la carte option to add extra perks to your packages.
What to expect
*I’m always on time. I want to respect your time and the time you’ve hired me for. With that said, please also be on time so we won’t waste any of your big day!
*Depending on the package, expect anywhere from 400-800 images.
*All wedding packages include a USB of all images as full resolution for printing purposes and resized watermarked web versions for social media usage. While it’s not required, it is strongly advised that if you’d like to print anything, that you go through me. Since my main specialty is fine art and gallery works, I’m really particular about prints and I do not want to give you unacceptable quality prints. Great quality prints can really make an impact on a image to be hung in your home. Places to avoid would be printing at places like Walgreens, Walmart, CVS, etc. Their monitors and printers are not calibrated for proper printing purposes.
*After the wedding is complete, please allow up to 6-8 weeks after your wedding date to finish and deliver the final images. Doing so allows time for any unforeseen issues to be resolved, like sickness or any other emergencies. If you’re wanting to expedite the process (down to a month minimum), an extra fee of $500 can be added to speed up the process. Again, if any emergency takes place, no refund will be issued for the speed up process. I can assure you that I will do my very best to have your images back to you in a timely manner.
